We collect Notes from all of the sessions convened. They are posted on the iiw.idcommons.net wiki and compiled into a Book of Proceedings that includes photos, information about IIW and the notes. It is emailed to everyone in PDF format after the conference. Please follow the process below:
• Find someone to take notes for the session.
• If you choose to use it, there is a paper Attendance Sheet to collect names and contact info of attendees, to stay in touch after the session. This is intended for the gathered group and does not need to be turned in
• You can get an electronic Note Taker Form at @ iiw.idcommons.net/Note_Form and take your notes directly into it, OR follow the format on the other side of this document.
• Use the paper Note Taker Form provided on the clip board in this session space to take written notes and then transcribe them later into the electronic form OR follow the format and email in.
